We had a fantastic night in a forest beside a large water tank. We want bit cautious about bears, but didn't see any until the next morning as we were coming down the mountain. If you want to see a video of this passive animal, click here. What a gift!!

Today wash day so we spent a good hour and a half doing our wash. 

As we pulled into the laundromat, we saw another couple with an old Toyota van that had drawers out the back. I hadn't seen this before so I went over and chatted with them. Their setup was pretty basic, but they seemed very happy to be sleeping in their van and saving lots of money. Next month they were looking forward to parking their van filled with their worldly possessions in Vancouver and taking off for an indefinite time in Columbia!

The drive from Whistler to Horseshoe Bay was spectacular! We were struck with how immense Canada is and how beautiful the country we live in is.
